What kind of deranged Judiciary can rule that it's acceptable to deprive American women of their rights in the 21st Century, whilst mentally unbalanced teenagers are at liberty to slaughter schoolchildren and their teachers?

What kind of idiot doesn’t understand 1. It’s not a constitutional matter. 2. Abortion is still available in states that want it. It’s not a ban. It has just gone back to the States, where it should have always been. Abortion is not Constitutional law, and that’s why the Supreme Court sent it back to the States. The Supreme Court only deals with Constitutional law.

@Carissimi when states like Texas make it a crime to even move to another state to receive an abortion this becomes a constitutional matter! This was done by a previous SCOTUS ruling. Not just this one which makes it worse.

@Carissimi Ah yes states rights like slavery and the death penalty... The US's lack of uniform justice makes it a laughing stock in the view of the world.. part of the USA is a democracy and the other part is known and viewed as Dumbfuckistan.
