Ho hum. Trump is dangling pardons and tampering with witnesses again.

What's different?

Did the people who vote for him no longer think they're going to get a piece of his action.

They knew they were voting for a criminal then?

What's changed that he's still a criminal?

Trump has been a criminal his entire adult life. He really is quite simple to figure out. Normal people ask themselves a series of questions when considering an action: 1) is it good for me and people I care about? 2) Is it legal? 3) Is it moral? 4) Is it ethical? and so on. Trump short circuits this process by asking only a single question: Is it good for me? If so, he does it, regardless of whether it is legal, moral, or ethical. He has no core beliefs other than believing he should do what benefits himself. He is a self-described Republican despite being a Democrat most of his life, because he realized he could get what he wanted and grift his flock if he ran as a Republican on a platform of hatred and racial intolerance. He could just as easily stayed a Democrat, and he would have if he could scam them like he does his Republican cult members. He chose the easier path for himself. Nothing he is doing now is surpising in any way, even if it would be disqualifying for anyone else who ever ran for national office.

As much as I dont like Trump, you cant blame him entirely for this. People like him attract a certain following. Similar values, greed, a lack of conscience, ethics and community spirit, not to mention Christian Charity. They really see his values as the way to thrive in America, so if they can pull a string to avoid a penalty, they see no harm.. Remember that when dealing with his supporters. 😷

@whowasthatmaskedman Sighs. And that's ultimately why I'm not sure how much point there is pointing out how sick an excuse of a human being he is .

They either share or envy his ability to get away with most of his faults. Sure, not all probably lust after their daughters or want to sleep with porn stars, but most of them would probably like to be able to lie like he does and commit fraud and get away with it.

@Whyme well going back to jan 6, 2017 and to see Biden doing the election results, he is by far more reasonable. Even though he is rejecting others. Trump is by leaps and bounds the sorriest loser in all elections held in the US. and really sadly so many still support him. Even my cousins in NJ ... and they are so honest and nice too.

Where is Trump's video of admitting to extorting exhoneration for his criminal son? Biden has one yet you never mention it. Funny. 🤣

@MistyCee I post a lot, but I report facts that the media has placed in the forms of memes as a sort of news blurb. However, because I posted about how horrible disney is for promoting the sexual reorientation of 4-6 year olds in public schools without parental knowledge or consent and then released a move targeting young kids that depicted same sex kissing, and then the NEW guy portraying Buzz Lightyear called the parents idiots. The state of Florida has since outlawed that act, and has taken disney's tax exemptions and restricted air space away. For that and tossing out a few libt*rd annotations I got a warning and cant post till next week.

Apparently Gosar was going around promising pardons to the insurrectionists in the days before Jan 6:

An unnamed organizer of the Stop the Steal rally that preceded the riot told the magazine that Gosar offered planners a “blanket pardon” in an unrelated investigation to incentivize them to organize the pro-Trump protests on Jan. 6. “Our impression was that it was a done deal... that he’d spoken to the president about it in the Oval … in a meeting about pardons and that our names came up,” said the organizer. The source claimed Gosar told them: “I was just going over the list of pardons and we just wanted to tell you guys how much we appreciate all the hard work you’ve been doing.”
