Neither. He's a politician who cares enough for institutions that he wasn't willing to go too far with Trump's nonsense. I don't think he's a hero for doing so, but I guess he stuck to his guns in a way that many other politicians haven't, so I can see why someone might admire that. I still do not want him in power.
