Biden to withhold federal funds for schools that don’t allow boys to use girls bathrooms

K-12 schools must allow boys into girls’ bathrooms and locker rooms to obtain federal funds for lunches, breakfasts, and snacks, the Biden administration announced this month. A U.S. Department of Education spokesman told The Federalist the Biden administration’s press releases from several agencies announcing this policy will be followed by formal rulemaking in June.
Under this new demand, establishments that accept any federal food funding, including food stamps, must also allow males who claim to be female to access female private spaces, such as showers, bathrooms, and sleeping areas. Such organizations must also follow protocols such as requiring staff to use inaccurate pronouns to describe transgender people and allowing male staff to dress as women while on the job.

Even if this is true, what people forget is that the TG population is so low to begin with that most places won't even be affected.

In the rare cases where there is a trans person at some school or wherever, he or she is probably not going to be kicking up a huge fuss over things.

When there is a considerable sizedd group of a demograph somewhere then the group might raise hell about things but not if it is just one or two.

Of course to hear the media talk one would thing that at least one in four people were trans. I do not get why things are blown out of proportion.

no, what people forget is that current legislature allows anyone to define themselves as anything, not just those with cosmetic surgery, or those who dress as opposite gender; and if anyone questions it, the defame you and call you a phobic... which allows any pervert to define themselves as whatever they want to on any given day...

And why is it that society is allowed to kick up a huge fuss about so called mass shootings/gun control, even through it's a fringe element that occurs in a small percentage of population.

But we're not allowed to do the same in this instance? bias, double standards, hypocrisy much?

@wildbill83 the vast majority of men are not going to claim that they feel like women. I mean seriously it's not the kind of thing that people will say if it's not true especially men with their fragile egos.

@Punches it's not about what they "feel" like... it's what they can identify themselves as for the sole purpose of peeping on a bunch of school girls and get away with it...

If it isn't a issue as many of the tg community claims... then why can't they be content just using mens room?
