Ownership banned? Absolutely not. Restricted? Depends on why a/restrictions would be needed.

@soar2newhighs Are you familiar with the concept of red flag laws? Basically, if you've said or done anything suspect recently, it would show up when you go to buy a gun, and your purchase might be delayed for a while, or even denied. That's what was needed with that guy in Buffalo, because he was bragging all over social media about what he planned to do.
