they are restricted.a convicted fellon can not get a pistol permit at least in my state and can only hunt with a muzzle loader here
@beaglehunter Which makes no sense to me. Nonviolent felons shouldn't be lumped in with violent ones.

@LordShadowfire in some ways i think your right but the fellon should have thought about that before he did what ever got him in trouble first---- or her

@beaglehunter Or how about the guy I met at OSCI who was 17 years old when he met his 16 year old girlfriend, and her parents accused him of rape literally less than a week after he turned 18? Does he not deserve to defend his home?
