Shootings we make it to easy

Every politician that votes against gun laws need to be voted out of office. They are sacrificing YOUR children for MONEY. All the while their children and grandchildren are educated in ivory towers. And most likely have some sort of security. America is about working together to " make a more perfect union." Gun owners need to sacrifice the privilege of owning any killing thing the want. WE MAKE IT TO EASY TO KILL INNOCENT CHILDREN BUY A GUN AND GO WILD. The only way to cure this ilness is to curb access. You got a better solution???????

Gun laws don't stop criminals
We need better mental health
We need better schools
Don't take my rights away because your scared of a few idiots

@pdockal I mean I agree with the middle two points, schools should have automatic locking doors after certain times in the morning and afternoon. But it shouldn't be happening in the first place. If your country needs bulletproof backpacks then there's something really wrong.

Unfortunately people's rights always end where anothers safety begins and there will always be people who are going to mass murder children and adults. So other than more regulation there isn't another option. And tbf man I think parents being scared of their kids being murdered is pretty warrented.

@pdockal Your rights would not be taken away. All "rights" come with limitations and responsibility. Mentally ill people exist all over the developed world and yet this only happens regularly in the United States. Besides, Republicans continually vote against better access and funding to mental health services. Let them put their money where their mouth is.

@Ryannnnnn
this wasn't a problem a decade ago
DON'T TAKE the rights of law abiding citizens away because politicians are idiots and have deteriorate common sence and eroded society and caused disention amongst the people

@luckranger71
Mentally I'll people have been around for decades
We didn't have these problems a decade or so ago
If mental health is the problem then address that and not guns
Make the punishments for criminals harsher
Enforce the laws already on the books
Etc etc etc
Ryannnnnn · 31-35, M
@pdockal What does that even mean though?. Society changes, the constitution was written in the 1700s for a society that isn't there anymore. You're gonna have to regulate things more because kids keep getting murdered in schools bud.

What good is a country that prides itself on personal protection when it can't even protect children in schools from being murdered.

they are fearsome of the world it sounds like. rather than taking and voting for the right motives, they choose to believe in outdated crap. like the religious people, its the same shit show @Ryannnnnn

@Ryannnnnn
why does it matter when the document was written ?
Why do you people ALWAYS blame the gun and not the IDIOT using it ?
Why not ban cars becsuse of all the DWI deaths ?
Why not ban cigarettes because they actually kill ?
And while your at it stop ALL abortions as they kill more kids than any gun.
If more people were armed abs trained then there would be less mass shootings.
What happened at that church when a gunman opened fire ... several of the patrons put him down saving lives.
Family values are part of the problem.
Instant gratification is the problem.
Not being held accountable for your bad acts growing up is the problem.
You don't have to carry a gun but leave the law abiding citizens alone.

@pdockal “We didn’t have these problems a decade or so ago”. Are you 12? Or have you lived under a rock? From Charles Whitman in 1966 to San Ysiidro in 1984 to Columbine in 1999 this has only been happening consistently in the US. Stop hanging this on “‘mental health”. One it demonizes the millions of people who struggle with mental health issues and are gentle. Two, you haven’t addressed why this doesn’t go on outside the US. Apparently only Americans are mentally ill.

@pdockal This is deflection bud, you're denying history and recorded fact now. Does it matter?
