When you can’t keep your kids safe from flying bullets at school, nationwide…

I think we might have a failing system or are close to it. Keeping your children alive is a basic need in any society.

@bijouxbroussard For the 1st time in my life I’m questioning sending my kid to school tomorrow. It just might be too risky..

@bijouxbroussard exactly. I stopped feeling sorry for the people who get shot, long ago. You want this, guns are important-. So I can't afford to care about people anymore. Let them all go. Roadkill.
@Changeisgonnacome That’s not useful. I still care. The children are not to blame. But what I don’t accept are the “prayers and thoughts” from the GOP while they allow the NRA to interfere with attempts even by blue states to protect their own citizens with gun control laws.
The GOP— the "states’ rights” folks.
Canadians have guns, too, almost as many as we do—yet they’re not doing this to each other. So while guns and the ease of purchasing them are a factor, there’s more happening here than that.

@Changeisgonnacome you seriously dont feel bad that babies....BABIES died today! They arent going to become teenagers, fall in love, get married, have babies of their own! Their life ended before it truly began and you don't feel sad for them?

@AlyAngel not for the hundredth time. I'm tapped out. Guns are important to Americans, so I can not afford sympathy.
