Why haven't the Dems in Washington made any moves in the fight for Medicare for all?

I doubt all the dims want that vote.

Not much of a solid (nor reliable, predictable) majority with DINO's like Manchin and Sinema, states that remain purple, and an electorate that votes out incumbents for the stupidest of reasons that the people in power may not even have any direct control over ("the cost of ___ has skyrocketed, fvck it, I'm voting for the other party next time just cos I'm mad, I'm not even trying to make sense!")
