HOA is collecting donations for ukraine
People are not giving as they can't say where the money will be spent or who controls it.

@LordShadowfire and people ask why I won't donate to such Worthy organizations. Sorry My money goes where I see fit 9 times out of 10 it'll stay in My State.. salvation army is international
