My Governor is so weird.

He just made a post on FB about how he put an executive order in to change pay for waiters/waitresses. Then he blamed the Republicans for it not being done.

Um, dude, if you can pass an order to do it (and did)... why not have done it before? and why blame the Republicans? Isn't it your fault?

I'm so sick of politicians and all this political blame and the political game.

A governor, like the president, can make executive orders... but it is preferred that these things be done through legislation. House and
Congress. There are three branches of government for this reason.

So, I assume the legislation has failed because Republicans continue to vote against that which helps the people.

@JaggedLittlePill No. I am well aware of how government works. But, it's just weird to do something. It's done, and then blame the other party. Our governor is not very well liked anyway. Most people don't support his decisions. I think he gets stonewalled because of his arrogance rather than what party he is.

@Dewkissedrose I rather think you have no idea. A vote is always preferable to an executive order, because the latter is one person forcing an idea through, like a dictator.
