False narrative. This ruling merely leaves the question up to the individual States. There will always be abortions available, some states will allow it, others won't. Not really much different than it is now, it's just that the federal government is getting out of it.

No. Restrictions are the same as banning RvW. You cannot possible hope to lay out all the possible restrictions for legal abortion, its not a scale no matter what the situation.
