Not really. Roe v Wade was ill-conceived from the beginning. Congress will likely pass legislation to make the right to choose federal law.

@RedBaron That would take a Constitutional amendment, and those take years to pass, if they ever do.

@fanuc2013 No it wouldn't. All it would take is a bill passed by the House and Senate and signed into law by the president. It doesn't need to be in the constitution.
