@RogueLoner truth like beauty...is in the eye of the beholder :)

@SUPERVlXEN I merely answered the question. Problem? Amazing how it's heinous when someone else invokes conspiracy, but OK, fine & dandy when YOU do it. 🤣
RogueLoner · M
@Pretzel Exactly. It's OK when they do it. LOL!!!!!
Pretzel · 70-79, M
@RogueLoner We have become as polarized as the "hawks and doves" of the 1960s.
It's sad really.
The truth is that both parties have skeletons in their closet.
Here's a sobering quote from a guy that is about 250 year old
„Every nation gets the government it deserves.“ — Joseph De Maistre Savoyard philosopher, writer, lawyer, and diplomat 1753 - 1821

@Pretzel Too funny when I use the liberals own logic and tactics against them. They get so angry and start calling me stupid, moron, uneducated, ignorant ... blah blah blah. But I learned these tactics from THEM, so what does that make them?? 🤣😂😂🤣

@RogueLoner I wish we lived in a world where we elect politicians and IMMEDIATELY require them to work towars fulfilling their campaign promise(s).
Ahd when they say "I tried and it can't be done"
we say
"try harder"

@RogueLoner Really? I swear that I saw Hilary concede defeat...? Here she is the day after the election...
“Last night I congratulated Donald Trump and offered to work with him on behalf of our country,” she said. “I hope that he will be a president for all of our country. I’m sorry that we did not win this election for the values we all share.”

@walabby Hillary & the Democrats:
"Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia Russia"

Same way 100% of Democrat voters still believe the 2016 election was stolen.
I know that is not true, and not just because I and many other "Democrat voters" never believed or said they believed that. What a substantial percentage of voters, and not just Democrats did and do believe, is that Russian operatives did definitely attempt to interfere with and influence the 2016 presidential election.
RogueLoner · M
@Piper Not true?? Yup. See what you just did? Here's what you said:
Maybe it IS true that Russian operatives attempted to interfere in US elections. Who knows? Nations have been meddling in each other's elections all of our lifetime, especially meddling BY the US! What you fail to say is that Russia may have attempted to interfere on behalf of Hillary.
Deal with it... SHE LOST!! ... and it's partly your fault for helping to nominate the only person in the galaxy corrupt enough and dishonest enough to lose to Donald Trump, all in hopes of getting that coveted "first" woman president. Democrats didn't care. They HAD to have that first woman.
Now I must digress so as not to be accused of insulting, being rude, petty, mean spirited, abusive, and "bullying" yet another "strong woman". Can't beat up on the girl. Not true, huh? If you want YOUR truth, perhaps you should further discuss it with your nice, married, gentlemanly 'voices of reason' who will either sit on the fence with "it depends" or tell you exactly what you want to hear.
Remember, I'm neither Democrat nor Republican. I'm registered NPA ..."No Party Affiliate". With me, you get different ideas and possibilities because I trust NO ONE. How horrible and ignorant of me. Also, I took a longer time to reply so as not to commit the egregious crime of editing.
I and many other "Democrat voters" never believed or said they believed that.
Then in the next breath you say: Russian operatives did definitely attempt to interfere with and influence the 2016 presidential election.
So 5 1/2 years later you are still saying "Russian operatives did definitely attempt to interfere...". Exactly what I said 100% of Democrats still "believe" . So as I said, you still believe that. Thank you for proving me right with your own words. You believe ... Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia... lol. Also, just because someone concedes doesn't mean they don't beleieve an election was stolen.Maybe it IS true that Russian operatives attempted to interfere in US elections. Who knows? @RogueLoner Yep! I know what I said. Many people believe that Russia did attempt to interfere with and influence the 2016 presidential election, and not just "Democrat voters". Many people have believed that, ever since the results of a joint report by the FBI, CIA and NSA came out in January 2017...showing and confirming the various ways Russian operatives had indeed done that.
Believing that Russia did attempt to influence the results of the 2016 election, does not equate to believing it was "stolen". I do not know if you really believe what you said in the comment I first replied to, but I do know that what you said is not true.
Not sure what you're going on about, with most of the rest of your reply. I changed my voter 'status' from Independent to Democrat, because I wish to be able vote in Primary elections, when final candidates are chosen. Although I do not hate Hillary Clinton the way you seem to, I did not nominate...vote for her in the 2016 Primary.

😂 Yes it does. Call in Raggety Jen to explain to me why it does not.
Piper · 61-69, F
No @RogueLoner, it doesn't. People, including "Democrat voters", can surely believe detailed confirmation of how a country attempted to influence and interfere with an election, without believing that the voting process was somehow fraudulent. They can believe there were attempts to influence how people voted in an election, without believing or saying that the winner of an election did not really 'win'...after all the votes were tabulated.
RogueLoner · M
@Piper 🙄 NOBODY attempts to influence, interfere, or meddle in an election unless they mean to sway or help STEAL the election from one party or the other. So anyone who still believes that Russia meddled in 2016 also believes the election was stolen.
In case you are interested, which I know you are not but please humor me ... In early 2020 I made the comment right here on this site that "the 'winner' of the 2020 election will be the party who outfrauds the other". I also took a lot of heat that morning from the Republican fanatics. They don't get it either.

@RogueLoner Yeah RL, there are always attempts to influence how people vote in an election. Always, from many sides, in various ways. There is not always , however, enough "smoke" indicating that a particular other country that is not an ally has...to lead to bipartisan agreement on investigations into how that country attempted to influence an election.
I am a registered Democrat who votes, and I do not believe the 2016 was "stolen". I do not believe there was enough voter "fraud" beyond what there always is, to believe that. I know that many other "Democrat voters' do not think there was, either. To me, "stealing" an election means believing the votes an election were fraudulent somehow.

@Piper The winners of U.S. elections is the party who outfrauds the other. It's always been that way. At least I KNOW and ADMIT elections are corrupt and stolen.
