WTF?

O.K. Sure. He was denied discovery, but come on! With the trove of videos of her and her statements and her press releases, how could he have been so unprepared to allow her to answer "I don't recall" to so many questions without challenging her with follow-ups?

She's going to win this case.

If that was the best plantiffs attorneys could do, they shouldn't have bothered.

They should go back to law school.

And the defense attorney and the judge weren't all that much better.
