Asking her, "Ms. Greene, you know why I am asking you these questions, right?"

WTF?

O.K. Sure. He was denied discovery, but come on! With the trove of videos of her and her statements and her press releases, how could he have been so unprepared to allow her to answer "I don't recall" to so many questions without challenging her with follow-ups?

She's going to win this case.

Court TV commentary was pretty unimpressed with the Plaintiff's attorneys. One thing they pointed out was that even when they made a point it actually had nothing to do with the suit itself.
