'Nuff said. Meanwhile, the inscrutible Xi is building artificial islands armed to the teeth in the South Pacific, claiming sovereignty, clashing with both Japan and the Philippines. He has recently become very invested in the Solomon Islands.
This part is saddening when you consider that, during WWII thousands upon thousands of Marines, Navy, and Army gave up their lives in taking it back from our enemies. Years later, I cruised these same places as part of a WesPac tour.
China is avidly watching our response in Ukraine, weighing whether or not it will invade Taiwan. Xi knows that, if he is going to make his move, he is going to do it before the next election, before Biden get's his doddering ass kicked to the curb.
Mark my words.
As to his handling of the Ukraine dilemma.....he's not in charge, he's being propped up by his handlers.....and NATO . He moves like someone with Parkinson's, cannot put together a cogent sentence and pretends to be a tough guy. Ultimately, he's a walking disaster ripe for the picking globally, and our enemies know it. He bolts for the house in Delaware where his favorite ice cream shop resides. He really should be walking the beach with his dog out of office, because as long as he's in the White House, this nation is in total danger.
