US President Joe Biden announced today (03/08/2022) the U.S. will [b]ban all Russian oil imports[/b], toughening the toll on Russia’s economy in retaliation for its invasion of Ukraine, but he acknowledged it will bring costs to Americans, particularly at the gas pump.
"We will not be part of subsidizing Putin’s war,” Biden declared, calling the new action a “powerful blow” against Russia's ability to fund the ongoing offensive.

I live in Europe, and I would like to express my gratitude. It's great to know we are not alone in this present darkness.

Russia basically controls the worlds fertilizer supply. In essence that's why your food is probably going to maybe double in price over the summer. This why globalism sucks. The US and most other countries have painted themselves into a corner. Mainly because they rely on nations run by dictators(China/Russia) for their very survival.

So the willfully ignorant posters on here who extoll the actions of a boob, a globalist stooge in Biden, these people have no clue how the real world works, how complicated the current supply chain is and how it affects us all. The price of fertilizer is currently at astronomical levels, so it already has many US farmers hands up in the air on how they will be able to farm this year.
