Is Trump as stupid as Putin is crazy?

One thinks that a Jewish president is a Nazi drug lord, and the other speaks at a 4th grade level and wants to launch nuclear missiles at hurricanes. This is a tough call.

I don't think Putin actually believes that. He's probably just trying to make a complete lie sound like an exaggeration.

Maybe if he had schizophrenia or Alzheimer's he might believe it, but his days as a leader would be quite numbered if he had such a disease.
