Who is the worst President in United States history?

@Oster1 An interesting choice. His racist and segregationist policies were definitely detrimental to the nation.

@Oster1 I do, and I am pretty sure we would disagree with many of the reasons. You would probably applaud his appointment of James Clark Reynolds to the Supreme Court, while I would support his Louis Brandeis appointment.
