Reagan hands down. His economic philosophy of wealth trickling down has facilitated decades and decades of corruption in politics and corporate wrongdoing.
He pathed the way to the political environment we now live in; one where only the very rich have any say in our "democracy".
Reaganomics really fucked us bad in the long run.
If I could go back in time and kill two people before they had a chance to infect this country with their ideas they would be Alexander Hamilton and Ronald Reagan

@Eternity yes it's like I try to tell these conservatives that Trickle-down economics works on paper(and only on paper) because it doesn't take into account corporate greed... and people act ignorant like they don't see the connection between corporate donations to the GOP and the Republicans desire to implement Reaganomics and to deregulate so that they can pollute with Reckless abandon

@Baremine booming for who?... I think you've watched too many movies about 1980s Wall Street... both of my parents struggled mightily in those days.. all of my clothes were from thrift stores.. if you think those were good economic times for the average American then you were clearly insulated from reality

@Eternity No. Reagan beat Carter by wide margin because Carter did what you said Reagan did. Set your thermostat at 68, wear a sweater, even-odd gasoline lines, massive inflation, high unemployment? That was Carter.
