Who is the worst President in United States history?

I always grew up thinking Herbert Hoover and the nasty economic depression he welcomed in. However the last two Republican Presidents have been real stinkers! 😷

@Pfuzylogic Hoover had a good reputation for post war food relief for Europe. The depression hit and he was determined to let "market forces" correct the economy.

That strategy let a let of the impoverished die and suffer particularly the elderly hence Social Security. “The Grapes of Wrath” by John Steinbeck catalogued it perfectly.
