Are Trump's Policies Destructive?

Just two:
1. Destroy international climate control accords - and unleash irreparable planetary damage.
2. Take medical care coverage from millions of Americans - a de facto attack on the poor.

He can't repeal Obama care...
he needs a super majority in the Senate for repeal, it's written into the bill. He doesn't have it....

He's also planning to do that "add one kill two" policy for legislature which I think will be the key to getting rid of all the crappy deals and policies that we need to redo

Yes, I know he can't 'kill' ACA alone. But in his words, "Get rid of ObamaCare, we'll come up with new plans. But, we should keep preexisting conditions." So, it's his policy (in a large sense). It is potentially destructive.
