The US Supreme Court on Thursday blocked Joe Biden’s OSHA vaccine mandate for businesses with 100+ employees.

However, the conservative majority allowed the healthcare worker rule to remain – Justices Roberts and Kavanaugh sided with the liberals.

The FBI refuses to answer about their involvement on Jan 6th. Ray Epps is apparently a ghost. Kavanaugh was accused of rape, because he was seen near a punch bowl in high school.

I can't even imagine what it would be like to be a conservative on the supreme court. I imagine Kavanaugh gets multiple death threats against him and his family on a daily basis.

The left are ruthless, blood-thirsty killers, and I can understand why Roberts and Kavanaugh sided with them.

All they did was split the baby. No more mandates for companies that have over 100 workers however, the mandate remains for Healthcare workers at federally run medical facilities.

@QuixoticSoul you conveniently left out the footnote at the bottom of the FDA release. Having the same formulation does not mean same ingredients or manufacturing process. Much like with generics...they aren't necessarily exactly the same.

“The licensed vaccine has the same formulation as the EUA-authorized vaccine and the products can be used interchangeably to provide the vaccination series without presenting any safety or effectiveness concerns. The products are legally distinct with certain differences that do not impact safety or effectiveness.”

Let me translate so that you can undrratand it. The two products are the same, but not really.

Why do you think the DOD lost their case?

Read. And more importantly, think.

@Budwick What does this have to do with people getting back to work? Unemployment is at 3.9% anyhow - traditionally considered too low/full employment territory. By and large people [i]are[/i] back at work. Most of us never left.
