Both expressions are completely skewed
From a European point of view, the phrase "I love my country" from the mouth of a US American is just as disgusting as the phrase "Allahu akba" from the mouth of a Muslim.

I mean "Allahu Akbar" just means "God is most great." There's an argument to be made that religion is corrosive to civilization, itself, but it's hardly a disgusting phrase on its own. I find it a little strange for one's love of people to fall along geopolitical lines, but idk a lot of the people who say that shit also believe that all peoples deserve respect and dignity so it doesn't gross me out that much.
