No such thing as utopia, but in general --

•establish a ranked choice voting system for all federal elections, where all US citizens of the each constituency get an equal say
•give everyone $10/year to donate to political campaigns and ban all political contributions outside of that framework
•Charge a tax per kilo of carbon dioxide and distribute the proceeds as a PBI
•Administer all healthcare through the Medicare system
•Ban advertising on all vices such as alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, gambling services, junk foods, etc.
•Fund the media through a similar system as elections as outlined earlier

Wouldn't fix everything, but it would fix a lot. And that's just the start.
