Yeah, the murder rate in SF isn't up as much as the national average, probably because the potential murderers there have been killing themselves with drug overdoses.
Mayor Breed promised to be ",,,less tolerant of all the bullsh*t that has destroyed our city.” Apparently, she thinks that it's not just a rampant murder rate that can "destroy a city." Better late than never, I suppose.
