It’s astonishing that pharmaceutical companies (all of whom are in competition with each other) managed to corrupt tens of millions of physicians, scientists, biomedical researchers, and politicians, worldwide (admittedly the politicians wouldn’t be much of a challenge), and managed to keep all of that secret, and that none of the corrupted baulked at killing 5 million people (and counting).
