To Covid Vax or Not to Covid Vax

Firstly, I did not get Vaxed.
I wasn't brainwashed into not wanting it by Fox News or Qanon.
I feel it was pushed through too quickly. There hasn't been enough time, in my personal opinion, to know what the big picture will bring.

A few things bother me about the many arguments I have participated in and seen on here regarding this.
If a person wants to take measures to attempt to not get this virus than by all means get the Vax. Why do I have to get it for you to be safe from it??? This confuses me.

The last thing I saw mentioned the over crowded E-Rooms because of the un-vaxed getting the virus. Wouldn't this imply that we should also ban mass transit being as if a bus or train has a crash then more people than an E-Room can handle could need treatment??

It seems to be an easy choice either way you lean but proof dictates that it isn't that simple.
No one is arguing over the Flu Vax. Aren't people worried that if I don't get it then they may contract it even though they have taken that Vax??

Apparently I am missing a keystone in my tunnel because I am lost on this.

I got the vaccine and a booster shot. But it's not the place of government to order it and make people face consequences for not doing so.

@graphite Did you see the stats out of Australia today? 698 deaths from covid. 722 deaths from the vax. So what is the point of the vax again?

@hippyjoe1955 The vax won't stop you from getting the virus, it just helps you fight it off. Unfortunately, there's a minority of people for whom the vaccine is plain toxic. We're forced to take a chance on the virus or take a chance on the vaccine.

@graphite It has been long established that vaxes do not decrease symptoms. Even the Lancet published and article some years ago saying that of the flu vax. There is simply no statistical evidence that indicates the vax is helping anyone. The same number of people got sick. The same number of people died and the idea that the symptoms were less could not be shown through statistics. Much of Big Pharma's business is creating 'drugs' that can not be shown to benefit but may cause great harm. They even go so far as to make a mockery of the 'peer review' process. The 'peers' are not allowed to look at the data. They are only allowed to critique the stated method. Whether the method was followed or not the 'peers' have no way of knowing. Then the 'peer reviewed' study is given to the doctors who are trained never to question 'peer review' and guess what.

@InHeaven And the owners of the TV station know that if they don't toe Big Pharma's line they will lose millions of dollars in Big Pharma's ads. The media has never been about telling the truth. It is about selling ads.

@InHeaven Interesting stat out from my home province today. The vast majority of 'unvaxed' covid cases are among people who got their first jab the day before they were diagnosed.
