So what did we learn from the Rittenhouse trial?

Because it feels like the lesson is 'shoot back'. Is the law really going to rule "Last one alive is innocent"?

Once again. This trial proved it's ok to be an armed civilian and invite or invite violence. The truth is that Kyle Rittenhouse went outside knowing he could and would kill someone trying to protect themselves from his vigilante behavior. This sets a dangerous precedent for America. And it may very well encourage more unnecessary violence towards protestors who are operating within the law.

Fortunately, there was conclusive video evidence as to who needed to protect himself against whom.

All the three "protesters" with criminal records needed to do was to leave Rittenhouse alone.

@Zonuss So those that got shot were operating within the law?

Freak
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@Thinkerbell False. That's a lie. Rittenhouse invited and provoked those attacks upon himself. He's a not a hero. But karma is gonna take care of him soon. 🙂

@Zonuss

So Zonuss the expert knows better than the jury, who saw and heard all the testimony, deliberated for over three days, and returned a not-guilty verdict (not without risk to themselves, btw, given the threats from the mob calling for mob justice).

Got it, Zonuss, you're the expert. 😂😂😂

@Thinkerbell They we're already gonna win anyway because of the politics involved. Rittenhouse was a vigilante who incited and invited violence. He did it to himself. He really was not attacked without reason because he was armed. That's why he was attacked. That in itself does not mean what he did was right. 🙂

@Zonuss

What a pity that the jury didn't have the benefit of your keen insights to set them straight, Zonuss. 😂😂😂
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@Thinkerbell Dont worry. It's not my issue. I'm speaking on this as it is an interesting topic. 🙂

@Zonuss Thankfully, Kyle had the gear to kill the attempted murderers attacking him. Anyone with a problem with that is probably a convicted career felon that's scared about getting injured on the job.
IronHamster · 56-60, M
@Zonuss There were no protesters injured. Only attempted murderers. All three failed at murderering, just like they failed at life beforehand. Why do you sympathize with a child molester?

Whew! Glad to hear that.

Judging from the number of comments you made on the subject, I was beginning to think otherwise. 😂😂😂

@Zonuss So, I ask you... would you chase down a man carrying a gun?

I mean really?

Kyle was there with a gun and you would chase him down and expect to come out alive?

Oh and let’s not mention that hours before you chased down a man with a gun, you were released from the hospital from attempting your own suicide.

@Zonuss wait, wait,wait.. I missed something there.. exactly which law protects people trying to set a gas station on fire?
Thinkerbell · 41-45, F
@GerOttman

The unwritten law that says the MSM will do all it can to protect the rioters, either by omission or by outright lying.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@Thinkerbell The unwritten law says it's ok to kill someone trying to protect themselves from you. A vigilante or wannabe cop.
