Can we thank Colin Powell for making the truth irrelevant with his long career of lies?

Lies like-
"It's not a baby formula factory-. It's a chemical weapons plant!"
And Powell's classic speech before the UN-

Well, HE admitted that those were based upon bad intelligence; I don't know if he went so far as to say he was used, but having such an upright guy give a speech based upon lies *really* bothered him.

This was in coverage of him in the past week.

I think those are outliers of his typical behavior, attitude, and relationship to truth.
