Can we thank Colin Powell for making the truth irrelevant with his long career of lies?

Lies like-
"It's not a baby formula factory-. It's a chemical weapons plant!"
And Powell's classic speech before the UN-

WMDs! Take my word for it!

@Wiseacre how about this one-
"This soldier's account is proven false by the good relationship between the US and the South Vietnamese People."?
Really · 80-89, M
@Stopmakingsense What's the source & context of that quote?

@Really Democracy, Now newscast, this morning is one source, the context was a massacre of an entire village in Vietnam.
What is the excuse and source of your ignorance?

Just not knowing what you're talking about; it's quite simple really. Even you yourself don't need excuses for the things you don't know.

@Really right, cant be held accountable for things u dont know.

@Really this was famous for most of our lives.

@Stopmakingsense The massacre of My Lai villagers by the US military is certainly famous. I can't believe it was so long ago - I was barely into my 30s, although I don't remember how long it took for the horrible, ugly truth to come out, about what those American soldiers did.

But that's not what I'm asking @Wiseacre for, i.e. the actual, original source and the context he's quoting when he says:
[c=804600]how about this one-"This soldier's account is proven false by the good relationship between the US and the South Vietnamese People."?[/c]
Is it from a US court proceeding? What soldier is referred to, and what was his account, so contrary to "[c=804600]the good relationship between the US and the South Vietnamese People."[/c]? The fact that you think it's a famous statement is of no help at all and I wonder why you mentioned that.

So far Wiseacre has not responded.

@Really I guess the fact that we once knew anything can't matter. Your forgetful country is the worst thing ever.
You want to say my normal memory isn't that-. You claim adults don't have to know the things they learned. Fatal for you. Your country isn't going to exist, and reminding people that they knew why is not possible. You forget things too fast.
