I love how the right wingers around here are doing what they do best, engaging in whataboutism. It says so much about their sense of responsibility and self-awareness.
Anyway, the answer to your question is that yes, they are terrorists. We don't have to cater to their delicate feelings about what we should call someone who literally storms the Capitol building in order to disrupt the democratic process.
