What are some alternatives to explaining the truth to conservatives who already know but lie about everything?

Ridicule and shunning I think are the best long term options for this so called "Conservative" lie about everything movement, aka, Trumpism.

I know it sounds extreme, but if you literally "lie about everything," you really are a menace to society.
