Our Secretary of State confirmed yesterday what we all knew, the Afghanistan Withdrawal problems were all that idiot Trump's fault.

I don't think this was Trump's fault. It doesn't matter who the President is, there was no possible way the withdrawal could have gone smoothly.

@Northwest lol ... no possible way a democrat could figure out how to withdraw civilians, equipment, and then troops. Democrats are too stupid to handle logistics.

What an intelligent response. I'm sure you had a better plan. Would you like to share with the class?

@Northwest Kick grandpa out of the white house. Get civilians out via Bagram. Fly out equipment not needed for the defense of the base. Remaining troops and their equipment out last. That is a lesson to all dumbasses. Everyone but a f'n dumbass democrat could do it...

I wager these kids could figure it out before the grandpa in the middle.

@KYLakeDiver
Get civilians out via Bagram.
So, you wanted us to send an additional 15,000+ troops to turn Bagram into a passenger facility, and another 15,000-25,000 troops to secure all Afghan cities, and then collect all US citizens, permanent residents, and special visa applicants, then ferry them off to Bagram.

I'm sure you knew we evacuated 130,000 people.
Fly out equipment not needed for the defense of the base.
Spoiler alert. This was done prior to the evacuation. In addition, all facilities built for US use were destroyed. You missed that?
Remaining troops and their equipment out last.
Solid advice. You'll be pleased. That's what they did.

Aren't you embarrassed now you silly goose.

@Northwest You’d need more than 15-25k troops to secure all Afghan cities. You’d likely need 15-25k for Kabul alone. We’ve always been able to rely on a very heavy ANA presence in the capital city.

Basically, all these folks are asking for a full-on invasion of Afghanistan on short notice, one that would have us fighting the Taliban again, and almost certainly cost way more than 13 American lives.

@QuixoticSoul Yes, we would most likely need 100K+ troops to effectively control the Taliban, but that would be to defend our forts. I meant Kabul not all cities. To expand the security perimeter and cover the entire city would also cost US lives.

I don't think these mental giants have a clue what they're asking.

@Northwest This mental giant doesn’t seem to realize that we’ve been relying on the ANA for security for a very long time now, nor does he seem to know when the troops were pulled out, or who set that up.

Predictable with this set.

I would have thought Donald J. Trump's signature on the withdrawal agreement would shock them into realizing there was no other solution, but it looks like they're blissfully unaware...

@KYLakeDiver You probably yell at the TV about Patton taking on the Ruskies.
KYLakeDiver · 51-55, M
You, @Northwest think we did the best possible job in the withdrawal. You obviously dont know the truth. Something about logistics is difficult for your liberal mind. Truth is difficult for liberals as well. Go back to school.

@QuixoticSoul The Rhodes Scholar blocked me. How shocking 🤣
