CDC Changed Definitions Of Vaccine And Vaccination Over The Weekend

Before the change, the definition for “vaccination” read, “the act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce immunity to a specific disease.” Now, the word “immunity” has been switched to “protection.”

The term “vaccine” also got a makeover. The CDC’s definition changed from “a product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease” to the current “a preparation that is used to stimulate the body’s immune response against diseases.”

Some people have speculated that the unannounced changes were the CDC’s attempt to hide the fact COVID-19 vaccines are not 100% effective at preventing coronavirus infection. U.S. Representative Thomas Massie of Kentucky said in a popular tweet the CDC has “been busy at the Ministry of Truth.”

Covid is just one more vax that isn't a vax by the old CDC definition of a vax. You could add flu, measles, chickenpox, mumps to that category as well. They halted flights from Afghanistan because of a measles out break. Isn't everyone vaxed against measles? If so then why the halt unless the vax doesn't work. When I was a kid we often went to school with measles. It made your skin itchy but once the rash was no longer on your face.... You were good to go!
@Budwick There's probably a kernel of truth in there somewhere, but I tend to think that the bigger problem lies with the promotion of "alternate facts", lack of education and intellectual laziness, along with deliberately exploiting these things.

Good points.
Stop doing that too.

@Budwick Sadly it becoming more and more apparent that it is the 'officials' who are spreading misinformation and practicing bad science. When is the last time you ever saw a vaccine roll out like this one? I can't remember one that even comes close. The flu of 1976 and the over reaction bears a slight resemblance but it was stopped after a relative few were injured or died. According to VAERS 70 Americans are dying from the vax every day! 70 a day!!!! Most vaxes get pulled if there are 50 deaths combined. 70 a day! Let that sink in. Now to cover their tracks they are trying to force everyone to get the vax. That is tantamount to evil. An Israeli official was caught on a hot mike saying the vax passport is not about preventing disease it is about forcing compliance. WOW!
Was just talking about this yesterday with the wife. She's a nurse, and flat stated that these are not "vaccines" because a vaccine builds immunity and lasts longer than 6-8 months.

While the foolish point out no vaccine is 100% effective, they conveniently gloss over how this one is less effective than even the flu shots have been, and does not prevent Covid (which negates the reason for getting it). If i am vaccinated against chickenpox, the chances of me catching them is extremely small. Not so with Covid. It is a failure.

Wear a mask even if you've had the vaccine.
Tells the whole story right there.

The only thing that is consistent about the CDC and their mouthpiece, Fauci, is their continuous lack of consistency in telling the truth.

If I were a drug company exec...

"hey guys, lets get everyone addicted to a drug that isn't inherently addictive, and call it a vaccine..." 🤔

Fauci: America's beloved Covid con man.

And even with their pathetic attempt at covering lies with more lies, the clot shot still doesn't fit the definition of 'vaccine'.

There is no need to hide the gact, straight forward from the beginning it was always acknowledged the vaccine wasn't 100% effective. I think the wording change is to enlighten the dummies who think it is and therefore continue to act like they're invincible from it.

And I think they've been selling us a rotten bill of goods.
A vaccine that doesn't give the recipient immunity, is not a vaccine.

Or it could be that the CDC stopped using the colloquial definition in place of the more technically correct one that’s always been around but they don’t teach in grade school
I agree that Massie is some person.

Reading the guy's positions is actually pretty fascinating.
