US Abandons American Citizens in Afghanistan — Tells Them to Go Hide

THOUSANDS of Afghans and foreigners are streaming to Kabul International Airport in Afghanistan today as the country falls to the Taliban.

Joe Biden and Democrats allowed Afghanistan to collapse in about two weeks to the international terrorist organization.

And to top it off today the United States abandoned its citizens in Afghanistan.

They told them to go hide.
Not even the airport is safe.

Security Alert: U.S. Embassy Kabul (August 15, 2021)
Location: Kabul
Event: The security situation in Kabul is changing quickly including at the airport. There are reports of the airport taking fire; therefore we are instructing U.S. citizens to shelter in place.

You’re on your own.

This all reminds me of Obama / Hillary - Benghazi, only way worse.

I see someone decided to use the new down vote feature.
nedkelly · 61-69, M
@SW-User That would be a Biden lover
Keepitsimple · 51-55, F
@SW-User a Democrat
Budwick · 70-79, M
@SW-User How about that!
And, the downvoter remains anonymous!
Isn't that convenient?

@Budwick Witness protection

@Budwick It's hard to tell how many... just shows it happened at least once.
This is why I am probably going to quit this place. It's too much like what happened on other sites.

Breeze - there is no perfect place but Heaven.

We need to adapt, learn to live every other place.
AbbeyRhode · F
@Budwick And cowardly. But what else can you expect from someone who is offended by the truth?
SW-User
@Budwick There is no perfect place but this is becoming more negative and I don't need to adapt to this.
What you posted about is something those poor souls have to adapt to.

Yes, I suppose when your president and government abandon you, all you CAN do is adapt.

As the OP I can see there were 2 that down voted.
I don't know who.
Breeze - If we all had the same opinions, we wouldn't need a place like this at all.
SW-User
@Budwick It's not the opinions I have an issue with. It's the feature that will work against those who get down voted. There was no need for it.

@SW-User
the feature that will work against those who get down voted
I don't know if that's true.

I think actual comments get far more notice.
SW-User
@Budwick I guess we'll see. I'm finding it questionable why a feature like that was added.

@SW-User You mentioned that someone had used the downvote feature, but I don't see it. Is a downvote invisible if I have blocked the person who downvotes?
SW-User
@4meAndyou Hmmm.. now, it's not showing... I wonder if the downvote is gone or site is being worked on...🤔
SW-User
@4meAndyou I wonder... does enough up votes nullify the down votes?
4meAndyou · F
@SW-User That was not the intent. The downvotes are like the mute feature, in a way. They move the people whose posts you dislike further and further away over a period of time.
SW-User
@4meAndyou That's what they said... but it really makes no sense when we already can mute or block...but it does make a great new part to a game that allows to hate on people you don't like. There is no good reason for that feature.
