No Respect: US Athlete Raven Saunders Risks Losing Medal After Flaunting Olympic Rules with Her Political Protest at Medal Ceremony

(From L) Second-placed USA’s Raven Saunders gestures next to first-placed China’s Gong Lijiao, and third-placed Australia’s Liam Adams after comepeting the women’s shot put event during the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games at the Olympic Stadium in Tokyo on August 1, 2021. (Photo by Ina FASSBENDER)

Saunders said afterwards that the “X gesture” represented “the intersection where all oppressed people meet.” She’s a victim.

She now risks losing a medal. What we do know is that if this is allowed we will now have to endure years of woke athletes parading on the medals stand.
Another institution destroyed by the left.

1968 Mexico City Olympics
@room101 Omg, the left ruined the Olympics 53 years ago! How did the organization miss that? All that time, energy and money completely wasted on another 26 editions nobody cared for anymore! 🙄

@MarmeeMarch I'm guessing that it was symbolic of what America had done to black people for hundreds of years.

Or maybe they are raising their hands in gratitude for the opportunities offered them and every person lucky enough to be an American.

@Budwick Go read a history book or any publication about the Black Power salute at the Mexico City Olympics of 1968.

@MarmeeMarch And that progressed the lives of your Black citizens how exactly?

You get a book.
And read it.
See if you can find anything about how those athletes were mistreated.

@Budwick Quite well. Look at all the support you still get while non-whites are still struggling with discrimination in many ways.

Yeah, I forgot it's part of my privilege to be labeled racist - just for existing as white.
@Budwick Aww, playing the victim and gaslighting people... No, you don't get labeled racist for existing as white. You get labeled as racist for saying non-whites shouldn't be allowed to stand up for equal rights.

@Budwick Civilisations most pampered race???????

You really are completely off your trolly, aren't you🤣🤣🤣

Oh and btw, it was a political protest about the Black population in America.

You do understand that right?
@MarmeeMarch I never said whites are racist. I said people being against statements for equal rights are racist. And one way for/of what?

@MarmeeMarch You went to war against your own people to end slavery. Every other country in the developed world ended slavery by simply enacting laws.

And you think that killing each other is something to boast about? 🤦‍♂️
@MarmeeMarch
I never said whites are racist. I said people being against statements for equal rights are racist.

Racism happens among all races and cultures though. Even internalized racism happens.
