Calling out Republicans

Their shameful silence on 1/6 with their long professed patriotism and believe in American exceptionalism.

America doesn't look so exceptional right now and the Republicans don't look so patriotic.

I'm not talking about the people who marched on the Capitol. Most of them seem to have been misled and stupid not pure evil.

I'm talking about every Republican in the house but two who defends by their silence or words or actions and attempt to overthrow the government of the United States

And I'm calling out every Republican here to explain why every word of what I said isn't right.

Good for you. I'd love to do the same, but I don't think the people your calling out care much about patriotism or American exceptionalism other than as ways to get votes.

And rubbing their noses in their hypocrisy and dishonesty only goes so far when so many voters still these things as a positive.

@TexChik I remember this claim very well and I have been unable to verify it to any reasonable degree. Attorney general William Barr did say it but he is not nearly any more reliable than pelosi which is to say not at all.

There are a couple of news articles the point to a link at the United States secret service but that link is dead. Even though this wasn't about an insurrection this would be very serious if true does anyone have proof of it?

@TexChik I remember the riots and I remember Trump threatening the rioters.

I thought some of those quotes are taken out of context and from different times, though.

@TexChik Yes, it is hypocritical to oppose one without opposing the both. All of these radicals need to be rounded up and locked away for the good of my country.
