Tom Barrack, a close friend of Trump's and the chairman of the 2017 inauguration was just indicted

Doesn't this feel like there's a big question looming? Will Trump let Ivanka go to jail to protect himself?

That bastard, he didn't file the proper paperwork to serve as a foreign lobbyist for the UAE.

Hey, you know the difference between him and Tony Podesta?

They let Podesta file the proper paperwork to cover his foreign lobbying efforts in the Ukraine after the fact.

I guess its all about who ya know...

@SumKindaMunster Same with Flynn, right?
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@Pitchblue Hm no. Flynn was convicted of lying to the FBI, you are thinking of Paul Manafort.

You don't know this? I thought you were well versed on all these scandals???

Anyway, that's a hell of a lucky break for Tony Podesta huh?

It's almost like he knew some people who helped him out of this jam. Wouldn't you agree? Considering he is the brother of John Podesta? And he basically did the same thing Paul Manafort was convicted for? Not registering as a foreign lobbyist?

Weird how Manafort and Brokaw are getting pinched for this while Tony Podesta skates....
@SumKindaMunster OK fuck Tony Podesta.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@Pitchblue Yes, indeed. Why do you think it is he got away with this, while Manafort and Brokaw did not?
@SumKindaMunster Politics is dirty business. The Rightwing always thinks the left will automatically protect the left even when they are guilty, like the right does. An example is Michael Avenatti. The right really thought they had something when Avenatti was sentenced but the left just said fuck Avenatti if he's guilty.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@Pitchblue Awwww and you were doing so well there for a moment.
Politics is dirty business
Absolutely.
The Rightwing always thinks the left will automatically protect the left even when they are guilty, like the right does.
No. There is no rightwing and lefwing, no Democrat, no Republican, no Labor, no Conservative parties.

There are globalists and nativists. Globalists don't see national or geographic boundaries, they see member nations that need to be controlled and manipulated for the greater global agenda. Nativists see their own country, its boundaries, people, and culture and want to preserve those things.

That's the true divide.
@SumKindaMunster I'd love to hear which side you think is the Globalist and which is Nativists because the Republicans big draw is Nationalism but they fight like crazy to give money and power to international corporations.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@Pitchblue
the Republicans big draw is Nationalism but they fight like crazy to give money and power to international corporations.
Uh huh. How is that any different from any of the other political parties?
@SumKindaMunster Nationalism is a Con. The Republican Party laughs when their base use words like Patriot. Every time they get into power they sell the country out. They can't win fair elections anymore so they want to end Democracy in the US. They can no longer function in a Democratic Country. You can't say that about the Democrats.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@Pitchblue Hm hm. This is where you bore me.
Every time they get into power they sell the country out. They can't win fair elections anymore so they want to end Democracy in the US. They can no longer function in a Democratic Country. You can't say that about the Democrats
Yes I can. I can and I do.

The fact that you don't see their corruption while obsessing over the corruption of the Republican party is a sure sign of your partisan indoctrination.

Anything else?
@SumKindaMunster It's a two party one party system but the Democrats are not openly voting against the people every chance they get. They are not openly supporting rapists. They are not openly taking peoples right to vote away.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@Pitchblue Completely disagree.
They are not openly supporting rapists.
Well, except for Bill Clinton. And Anthony Weiner. And Harvey Weinstein. And Roman Polansky. And Ted Kennedy. And Joe Biden.
They are not openly taking peoples right to vote away.
Well, except for gerrymandering. And ballot harvesting. And controlling the vote counts for their districts.
@SumKindaMunster You went back to yesteryear for these names. Joe is not a sex offender. Tell me who the sex offenders are in the Republican Party today? Who's going to jail right now. Like, Tim Nolan a top-ranking judge and Donald Trump’s campaign manager in Kentucky, going to prison for the next 20 years after being convicted on several counts of child sex trafficking.
Trump campaign chair from Oklahoma just plead guilty to seven federal counts: child sex trafficking, felony child prostitution, transportation of child pornography, and production of child pornography.
Gov. of Missouri Eric Greitens formally indicted by grand jury for revenge porn, taking nude photos of woman without her consent.
The people in Congress like Gaetz and Jordan. Every Republican in Florida has some involvement in that sex trafficking scandal.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@Pitchblue Uh huh.

My point is the major political parties are the same. The real divisions are being obscured while people like you get bogged down in the weeds focusing on very typical scandals that happen, everyday, all the time, all over the world by people with power. But you only care about the scandals that aren't part of your preferred political party.

In fact, I made that point clear about 3 comments ago.

My point is you are wasting your time and energy carrying water for the DNC, and they have you totally enslaved to their propaganda.

If ANYBODY commits a rape, they should be punished to the full extent of the law, regardless of who they are and who they know.
Joe is not a sex offender.
That's not what Tara Reade and her mother claim.
@SumKindaMunster It still hasn't been confirmed what Tara has lied about, Joe, her education, her employment.
@SumKindaMunster These Republicans going to jail for child sex trafficking is not propaganda. It's facts. Republicans used the people who were afraid to get vaccinated and spun that into a Democrat conspiracy. That's a fact not propaganda. You want to paint both parties the same but there's no way Hillary would have dismissed a pandemic because she thought it would affect "Her" stock market.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@Pitchblue
It still hasn't been confirmed what Tara has lied about, Joe, her education, her employment.
Why do you give Joe Biden the benefit of the doubt while condemning all these other people out of hand? Plenty of people accused of sexual assault deny the claims, why have you decided to believe Biden over his accuser?
You want to paint both parties the same but there's no way Hillary would have dismissed a pandemic because she thought it would affect "Her" stock market.
🤣 Still crying cuz the Hilldawg lost huh? We dodged a bullet there.
@SumKindaMunster
🤣 Still crying cuz the Hilldawg lost huh? We dodged a bullet there.
This is just childish and the person you bring up to try and prove Joe is a sexual offended is a lying piece of shit. You'd bring up the little girl Biden kisses on the head and I'd say that was his granddaughter and you'd say Doesn't prove anything he could be fucking his granddaughter. The conversation isn't going anywhere but at least you had some points this time, you didn't lean on Republican Propaganda points.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@Pitchblue
This is just childish and the person you bring up to try and prove Joe is a sexual offended is a lying piece of shit.
Well that answers my question in a roundabout way. It's what I've known since the first moment I confronted you on it, you are indoctrinated by partisan propaganda.
The conversation isn't going anywhere but at least you had some points this time, you didn't lean on Republican Propaganda points.
Agreed, it's tough to get through to someone when they are indoctrinated and experience cognitive dissonance. Seen it many times here.

Yes, and kudos to you for actually responding relevantly for a bit here before you got angry.

Much better than your previous strategy of angrily accusing me of all sorts of nonsense, or childishly just repeating what I said....😆
@SumKindaMunster All you do is repeat indoctrinated. Everything you post comes back to the word indoctrinated. You were using a few Republican buzz words in the past but I noticed this time you didn't use them as much but all things grind down to the buzz words, catch phrases in the end.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@Pitchblue Well its' how I view you. Everything you say just reinforces that notion to me. I'm sorry if that is repetitive to you, but you have a way of constantly repeating Democrat/MSM talking points so I actually can understand how you feel.

Anything else? I can tell you are getting cranky now.
@SumKindaMunster You pretend to have a realization that both parties are the same but then you defend the Republicans and attack Democrats. Why is that? Have you been indoctrinated? 😂
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@Pitchblue No. But when its a 2 party system and the dominant party wants to pit the races against each other, and import the 3rd world into your country, you back the opposition that is trying to prevent that.

Anything else? Your ad hominem and strawman responses always bore me.
@SumKindaMunster You just admitted exactly what I posted.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@Pitchblue Hm no. I don't slavishly defend the Republicans and pretend they are on the side of good, while the Democrats are evil.

My position is much more nuanced.

I'm sorry you either don't accept that, or refuse to see it. 🤷‍♂️
