They SAY they are not teaching critical race theory in public schools...BUT

...the Deputy Director of the National Board of EDUCATION has hired "The Abolitionist Teaching Network for Social Justice" and is requiring ALL teachers in public schools to take this course before they are allowed to teach.

***UPDATE!!!*** One hour ago, the National Board of Education issued a statement saying that this inclusion in their handbook was AN ERROR!!! They also said they "don't know how that link got in there"...😉😉😉

Chelsea Culley-Love, one of the founders of "The Abolitionist Teaching Network for Social Justice" says, on video, that she has 18 years of experience in disrupting existing systems inside schools.

Lawrence Jones, special investigative reporter for Fox News, is investigating, and he asks that ANY teachers who are forced to take this course please send him copies of materials, handouts, recordings, videos, or any corroborative evidence of the nature of this REQUIRED TRAINING!!!!! c/o Fox News.

If They are so proud of this type of training why do they keep people from recording it and showing the public?
FreeSpirit1 · 51-55, F
@4meAndyou And when it does come out it's amusing watching people twist themselves into pretzels defending the undefendable. They usually say " you don't understand" 🤦‍♀️

@FreeSpirit1 I just watched Representative Maloney of New York insult the intelligence of a parent who was in an uproar over CRT being taught in schools. He completely denied it, and said point blank that is what "They" want parents to think, meaning his opposing party.

Or should I have called him Representative Baloney????🤣
@4meAndyou
The Constitution of the United States was our first set of laws, and things which are racist and promote racism may NOT be taught in public schools.
What about teaching about racist laws and policies that existed in the US in the past? Would it violate the Constitution to teach about "Jim Crow" laws for example?

[big]UPDATE!!! [/big] The department of Education NOW has come out saying that including the link to "The Abolitionist Teaching Network for Social Justice" that was included in their HANDBOOK was an ERROR!!!! (And they don't know how that got in there...😉😉😉).

The teachers manual for "The Abolitionist Teaching Network for Social Justice" states that it aims to "Disrupt Whiteness".

Martin, the deputy director OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, says it was a mistake, but it was also Martin who quoted the above teachers manual, talking about "Spirit Murdering" black children.

[big]THE "ERROR" HAS BEEN OUT THERE FOR THREE MONTHS, AND NO ONE CAUGHT IT OR REALIZED IT WAS AN "ERROR". ALL ACROSS OUR NATION PUBLIC SCHOOLS HAVE BEEN PREPARING LESSON PLANS BASED ON THIS "ERROR".[/big]

Representative Maloney of New York, a Democrat, just denied on television that CRT is being taught in public schools.

I'm so glad people are talking about this. this is so important

@DeluxedEdition If you subscribe to the Babylon Bee, a Satire newsletter, they offer you an opportunity to buy and donate copies of the Tuttle Twins, which is a children's book that combats the ideas presented by CRT.

@Stereoguy Check out the new UP date. The National Board of Education is now saying they don't know how that link got into their handbook, and that it is an error.

Of course, schools all across the nation have had the handbook with it's requirements for THREE MONTHS!!! And how many of them have already hired this person? How many of them have spent school dollars on racism?

@Stereoguy They will not reimburse anyone...ever. This so called error was intentional, but now that they have been caught at it, it is supposedly an error. This was a purposeful attempt to convert and brainwash ALL our children to CRT.
"Critical Race Theory" is simply explaining how racist laws and policies, such as the "Jim Crow" era caused unfairness and unequal opportunity.

It's kinda surprising that all the folks who say "don't cancel our history" regarding statues of Confederate leaders are the same folks who try so hard to cancel teaching the history of racism. Strange, no?
