@Lukeman but please pay the cops to use bull dozers when we build. It's taxpayers funding homelessness the way you would like!

@Stopmakingsense The government has no right to use private land for social programs. The government would have to offer the owner enough money so they would want to sell it first. I would refuse them unless they offered more than the land was worth to me.
