Do you think that the American flag should be redesigned to be more inclusive?

Macy Gray apparently thinks so! I don't care much either way, but I'm curious what other people think:

You don’t use a glitter cloth before you see your OBGYN, your equipment doesn’t need to be jazzed up. Neither does your flag which in my British ignorance I thought was a part of “all are created equal” from your constitution.

It was pure federalism ... with each stripe and star indicating a soveriegn state
