How can Israel be Apartheid if there are Arab Muslims who are Israeli citizens?

Arabs make up 20% of the population, so I'm a bit clueless on how Israel could be genocidal towards Arabs if these same Arabs are Israeli citizens with full rights.

Seems oxymoronic.

I bet most people don't know that South African Apartheid was based on the North American 'Indian Reservation' idea. It was modeled directly on Canada's system. A system that is still in existence.

The trail of tears existed before Canada's reservation idea, anyway.
