Didn't Biden say Bernie would be in his cabinet?

I like Biden and plan on voting for him again, but this promise was important to keeping Bernie supporters on his side. What gives? Somethings missing!

@Notanymore I searched to see if Biden ever promised this, and found discussion of the topic, but no promise. If you have a link showing Biden promised this, please post it. If you can't support the claim, then the honorable thing would be for you to admit that fact.
