Didn't Biden say Bernie would be in his cabinet?

I like Biden and plan on voting for him again, but this promise was important to keeping Bernie supporters on his side. What gives? Somethings missing!

Also they both decided against the nomination of Bernie. They both agreed it could lose the senate.
