My politics are somewhat radical left so I find it bizarre.
Its like Mccarthyism without communism. Or even without social democracy
The American right are really mockable here but in a sense its a sign of strength, in that they have such an ideological hold of their base.
If a third of America can think that Joe Biden (Joe Biden?!?) is radical left then what do they see as centrist? Its the sign of very right-wing Overton Window and a group of people motivated by intense paranoia.
For example, a group of them tried to overturn an election because they feared the 'radical left'. What next?
