Why is that Liberals feel the need to post everywhere they received the Covid shot

Yet Conservatives typically don't say anything unless someone asks them?

Do Liberals feel they need a pat on the back or something?

It seems like people post about it because they feel good about it and also to support other people who are either waiting, nervous or have questions. I think it's a little deeper than the suggestion of the post.
