@PrivateHell There are so many things you could criticize Biden for, and yet you guys ignore all of them and instead make up stupid shit like "your taxes are going up" when we know that isn't happening. The CORPORATE tax rate is going up. If you aren't a corporation, you're fine.

@BlueMetalChick actually, my taxes will go up, thanks to Biden's EO undoing the Trump tax cuts. And it's not "Making stupid shit up" when the gas prices are indeed rising due to Biden's shutting down the Keystone pipeline. I suppose the mess he made at the border is making stuff up to? You are right though, there are a ton of real things to dislike Biden for. This was just one of them.

Mess at the border? He's doing the same shit Trump did. It isn't good, but it's no different than the last four years. Or last twelve, cos really Obama started that one.
Gas prices are going up because usage of gasoline is going up, not because of the Keystone XL pipeline being axed. And if you're upset about the pipeline having been mothballed then you'll have to take the stance that the government should be allowed to revoke private land from its owners, because the American Indians refused to allow the pipeline to be built on their land. Aren't you conservative types supposed to be big on private property rights? You want the government to be able to jack your land and build on it even if you say no? Gee, that kinda sounds like what might happen in an authoritarian communist regime.

@BlueMetalChick nice try, and i know it must really suck making up excuses to defend someone like Biden, so you have my sympathy. But the reality is hitting a lot of people in the face too hard for the media to cover this one up.
My taxes went down $2400 under Trump's cuts. That is not a media talking point, it is hardcore fact. When Biden did away with those cuts, my taxes will go back up and i am far from the only one here.
Wrong on the mess at the border part as well. With the renewing of policies like catch and release and the recent cuts and restrictions to ICE, plus stopping construction on the wall, the caravans have started once again, and we are seeing a new surge in unaccompanied minors again (which are being put back into cages Biden insists on calling "containers" as if that makes it better). They are surging for a reason now that Trump is gone.
And gas prices aren't just naturally rising on their own. Not at the rate they have been increasing. They are going up as a direct result of policy, like closing the pipeline. But don't worry, there is plenty of real communism coming down the road.
