Here's a surprise. I am getting upset at the news lately. ALL the news. Both sides. Guess why?

Because I am getting very tired of news anchors or opinion hosts telling me what I should FEEL!!!

Example: If you don't feel THIS way, you aren't paying attention. If you don't feel THAT way you must be nuts. If you feel any other way than this, you are stupid.

It's making me angry...ALL of it.

NO ONE gets to tell me how to feel. I don't have much in this world anymore, but I do own my own feelings.

I know it's a rant. But I am not going to be told HOW TO FEEL.

I already KNOW how to feel. I feel with my hands...🤪🤣

@Myself11 YES!!! There are already PLENTY of opinion shows...some of which, on CNN and MSNBC, pretend to be news, and are just opinion shows. And I think we are all smart enough to figure out the difference.

And I WATCH opinion shows...as long as they don't tell me how I must FEEL.

@4meAndyou They should be labeled as editorials if they want to express opinions and not facts. My local newspaper is slanted like this too.

@cherokeepatti I think 80% of us are smarter than to be influenced by bias. In fact, we listen to the biased people with whom we agree, and the other biases are just filtered out.
